Hello and welcome! I am a Chinese-Indonesian American producer based in New York City and raised in Florida after being born in Jakarta, Indonesia. A 2022 graduate from the NYU Undergraduate Tisch Film and Television program, I strive to cultivate films and sets that are compassionate and inclusive, as well as focusing on uplifting stories and voices that challenges audiences and fosters empathy.
I am currently an Assistant Producer at Civic Entertainment Group on their studio team, taking every single project we have from pre-production to post. I am able to be on set with clients and subjects as well as organize other ongoing projects that our team juggles. Previously, I was a freelance Associate Producer, Producer, and Production Coordinator, with my current role being an Associate Producer for a new episode of “The Turning Point”, an MSNBC Films Documentary series from Trevor Noah’s Day Zero Productions, TIME Studios, Sugar23, and Mainstay Entertainment. My other professional experience includes being a Production Coordinator for WNET’s First Folio, a documentary celebrating the 400th anniversary of Shakespeare’s First Folio that will be released fall of 2023. Additionally, I was a Production Coordinator at Ummah Chroma Creative Partners, a production company founded by The Ummah Chroma, a collective of artists comprised of Mishka Brown, Nanette Nelms, Bradford Young, Terence Nance, and Jenn Nkiru. My time with them included working on Seeking: Mapping a Gullah Geechee Story directed by Julie Dash that will be on exhibition at the new International African American Museum in South Carolina, and another short film titled OUT / SIDE OF TIME, which is a part of The Metropolitan Museum of Art in the exhibition Before Yesterday We Could Fly: An Afrofuturist Period Room. I also served as a Production Coordinator on Nam June Paik: Moon is the Oldest TV, which premiered at Sundance 2023.
